Service Description

When you have experienced trauma at any time in your life and not healed your heart, that trauma can manifest itself many different ways. There are times when it is not productive for a client to continue to revisit old patterns within the trauma experience, as this may represent habitual ways of relating to themselves or the experience and reinforces old patterns, rather than facilitate trauma healing.
